You will be treated to a 6 course meal including a welcome drink - the critics will eat, drink and share their comments and feedback which will be anonymous - only a summary will be handed to the chef.
Kate Lawlor is committed to using only fresh and local produce where possible - she has established a wonderful relationships with wonderful producers like Rosscarbery Black Pudding, K. O'Connell Fish Merchant and Ballyhoura Mushrooms to named but a few. She has also gained the attention of the Michelin Guide, having secured recommendations a few times. She is also one of the youngest members of EuroToques, a group of chefs in Europe committed to the highest standard in professional kitchens.
